INFORMATIVE NOTE ON THE DEFENCE OF PRIVACY

The persona data collected with this form will be processed with or without the aid of automated equipment, to regulate your application for a pass for the event and to allow the dispatch of the relative informative material (such as the work schedule, press folder and newsletter concerning the progress and outcome of work).

With your consent, the data will be filed and processed, with or without the aid of automated media, to keep you informed on the structure, aims, initiatives and activities of Biella Intraprendere (conventions, seminars, various events, fairs and publications).

The supply of the data is absolutely optional; however, if data marked as “compulsory” is not supplied, it will be impossible to issue you a pass for the event.

The personal data supplied will not be disseminated in any way.
Art. 7 of lgs. decree 196/2003 acknowledges the data subject the right to know  of the existence and origin of the data, to obtain communication of the data in intelligible form, as well as its amendment or correction and, in the event of breach of the law, its cancellation or stoppage of the process. The same law also acknowledges the right to oppose the continuation, even partial, of the process carried out to send publicity material, for direct sale, market research and commercial communication.
