The foreign protagonist of 2011 edition Operae is Hungary. A unique opportunity to give a close look at the lively and emergent Eastern Europe scene, that in these last years has asserted itself on the international panorama.

Thanks to the annual appointment of Budapest Design Week (that has reached its 8^th edition) and a set of monthly appointments that allow local designers to display, the city of Budapest has become the heart of a growing creative fervor, son of freedom and the frantic economic development.

Hungary will present, in Torino, a selection of designers and products that will offer us the right tools to understand the characters of a young Design, still partially unknown.
