Awarded as Best Domestic Design in 2011 by the magazine Wallpaper, Tafelstukken is a five-pieces collection designed by Isaacs and Laurens Manders, both graduates of the Design Academy Eindhoven. Made from oak and porcelain, they are ‘a contemporary take on the classic centrepiece’, functioning as lights as well as bowls and side tables and performing to store or display items such as keys, books, magazines and fruit. A limited edition of 15 is produced only in the designers’ Eindhoven workshop.
