“Sonic Bender”

Workshop organized by Fablab Italy

4-5-6 November

A workshop that allows to disassemble, recycle and let old electronic instruments play, create a digital toys orchestra to parade in the streets of Torino. Mixing disciplines as toy hacking, electronic re cycling, basic electronic, sound synthesis and Arduino, participants will be able to use a controller and a real personalized electronic musical instruments .

Fablab Italy is the first Italian Fablab that was opened in the exhibition Stazione Futuro held in Officine Grandi Riparazioni. It’s a laboratory dedicated to digital fabrication, in other words to the creation of objets with the help of a digital file and machines like 3D printers, laser cutter and rapid prototyping machines.
